John Ellett

John was raised in an Evangelical Free Church and graduated from Westmont College where he met his wonderful and godly wife. Although he became a Christian at a young age, he is greatly encouraged by God’s sanctifying work in his life. He is the proud father of six children and takes his duty as a father as given in Deuteronomy 6 very seriously, leading Bible time at the dinner table regularly and involving his family in ministry and church activities. He feels very blessed to be a part of a church that values children and family and where the family can participate in the church service together.

Nicholas Ortega

Nick is a graduate from the United States Military Academy Preparatory School and California State University San Marcos where he met his college sweetheart Christy. He is a teacher by trade, earning a Master's degree in Spanish, and also served two years on staff as the Assistant Pastor at Las Brisas Bible Fellowship from 2008-2010. He is most passionate about serving Christ in his home, community, and abroad, partaking in various ministries to serve the least of these in Baja California, Mexico. The glory of Christ is Nick's aim and he is driven to serve the God who loved him and gave His life to redeem him.
